Public-domain Jastrow dictionary snapshot. No paid service or live translation API.

A selected collection, not the full Jastrow dictionary or a modern Hebrew translator. Jastrow covers Hebrew and several Aramaic dialects: “Aramaic” alone does not establish Jewish Babylonian usage. Source citations and historical senses are preserved; no missing translations or pronunciations are invented.

English searches also match cited examples. Hebrew and Aramaic use the same script; Hebrew teaching aids are separate from sourced headwords. Dictionary data is searchable offline after this page has loaded; source links need internet.
